Make Use Of Our Funding Surgeries
MAP hold regular funding advice surgeries where voluntary and community groups attend free of charge and receive an hour of dedicated advice about possible funding sources for their organisation - as well as guidance on filling in funding applications and other funding related matters. Funding Surgeries are held in Stowmarket and we are keen to launch the surgeries in other parts of Mid Suffolk if there is a demand for it. So if you can't get to Stowmarket but you need funding advice, please still do tell us - we will help!

Check out the Events Calendar
We have linked up with other organisations who support the voluntary sector in Suffolk to create a shared online events calendar. This means that the events calendar on this website features events and activities all over Suffolk. The plan is to create a comprehensive calendar of voluntary sector activities and events for Suffolk. If your organisation has an event you want to include on the calendar, please click on "events calendar" and then click on "add event." Then simply fill in the details and your event will be featured on the websites of five Suffolk voluntary sector support organisations.
MAP Trailer Project
Could your organisation make use of an exhibition trailer? Mid Suffolk District Council have made a trailer available to MAP and voluntary and community groups for them to make use of. The trailer has been kitted out with a television, DVD player and other facilities and is ideal fo use at events and exhibitions or to use as a facility for rural outreach work. Plans are in place to enable the trailer to be towed to the destination that the hirer requires (preferably within Mid Suffolk). The MAP Marquee
For years we have wanted voluntary and community groups to make better use of our splendid garden area but a lack of suitable shelter has often been a factor that puts them off. However, that is no longer a problem! Thanks to a kind donation from The Lions Club of Stowmarket and District we have recently been able to purchase a marquee which we will be making available to voluntary and community groups for use in the garden at a very reasonable cost. Let us know if you're interested.

There is still a decent sized top floor office available at Red Gables for an extremely competitive rate.
Suffolk Voluntary and Community Sector Learning Consortium Survey
The Suffolk VCS Learning Consortium has been formed, funded by the LSC / ESF, to support organisations involved in the use, or delivery, of Learning in the Voluntary and Community Sector in Suffolk.
