This site will help you explore options and make decisions about meeting your housing, support and care needs in later life. It contains detailed information on how to maintain, adapt or improve your home or release equity from it, find care or home help services, find and move to retirement housing or choose a care home where you will feel at home.
It also specialises in all forms of 'housing-with-care' including extra care housing, assisted living and retirement villages.
The site is run by the charity Elderly Accommodation Counsel (EAC), and backed up by our telephone Advice Line.

EAC Quality of Information Mark (QI Mark)
A record 51 schemes have been awarded the EAC QI Mark during the last week, including 20 managed by Milton Keynes Council, 3 by Hanover Housing, 4 by ECHG, 5 by Servite Housing Association and 19 by Worcester Community Housing. The EAC Quality of Information Mark aims to encourage housing providers to present detailed and accurate information on this website about their specialist housing provision. In all, 1,946 schemes have now received the award.
