VILLAGE VOLUNTEERS

PALGRAVE

If you turn up to help tidy the churchyard, weed the cemetery car park, cut The Lows hedge or set up the community centre fete, you normally meet the same people. Are the rest of the village shy, unwilling or just miss the notes in The Star saying ‘help needed’?

If you are prepared to occasionally help out in the village, want to meet your neighbours or just get active in the community, please let us know. You will not be bludgeoned or bullied but when help is needed you would either receive an email, phone call or note through your door.

Please ring Ian 01379 651749

or email thorburns@btopenworld.com

with your details and to find out a little more.
