A service providing expert help for people with disabilities or health problems. The service can help with social security benefits, tax credits, community care or any related issue. The service helps to identify people's benefit entitlements, assess what they are entitled to and explain the various disability tests for benefits and tax credits.
It can also help people who are reapplying for existing benefit claims. If someone is appealing against a decision on their benefit, the service can provide support and representation at appeal tribunals and review boards and has a very high success rate. The telephone line is manned from 10am to 12noon on Mondays and Fridays and from 9.30am to 3pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Optua Community Transport provides a wide range of transport services for people in the Mid Suffolk area. All Optua's transport services are fully accessible to disabled people but most of them are available to anyone who wants to use them. They are a very useful way for older people or anyone living in rural Mid Suffolk to get about.
Some of the services link up with bus services on the main routes to help people from isolated villages get to places like Ipswich, Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds. The services range from the Club 88 rural bus service and Club 88 Taxibus which run to a set timetable, to the Dial-a-Ride service and other community bus and car services which can be booked for individual local journeys. We also have a wheelchair accessible minibus available for group use.

The RSVP Trust exists to change lives. We do this through telling the good news of Jesus Christ and giving unconditional help to poor. RSVP partners make it possible for us to help some of the poorest people in the world. Most of RSVP's work in Africa is located in Rwanda where we run Child Sponsorship for around 250 children and a street children rescue project, which feeds 100 children twice a week.
We have also been helping to build a primary school in a village, where more than 600 children now attend. RSVP also work with girls trapped in prostitution both in the UK and in Kigali, Rwanda. We also work with prisoners in the UK and in Rwanda's prisons in partnership with Prison Fellowship Rwanda. We have a ministry to 12,000 prisoners in Rwanda accused of the 1994 genocide.
